Location: Tawas Bay Yacht Club, East Tawas, Michigan.  East Tawas is on the NW side of Lake Huron’s Saginaw Bay, about 3 hours from Sarnia/Port Huron. From Port Huron, take 21 west to Flint, the I-75 north to the Hwy 23 cut-off about 30 mins. north of Bay City. 23 to East Tawas where the YC is past the downtown area and just before the entrance to the State Park.

Races will be run by the TBYC.






Facilities: The Tawas Bay YC is a very friendly club with all the necessary amenities. Lovely swimming beaches all around this large bay. The TBYC hosted the 1980 Wayfarer Worlds and several U.S. Nationals and North Americans since then!

Accommodations: Early reservations are advisable since a major women's softball tournament is also held in Tawas on this weekend. Camping available at the lovely State Park plus at many private campgrounds. Lots of motels. Word is that everything should be nice and empty after Labour Day!

Fee & Registration:  t.b.a. Likely to include dinner on Saturday evening.
Registration Friday night and/or Saturday a.m.

Programme: Skippers meet at 1000 hrs on Sat. 3-4 races on Sat. plus 2 on Sunday with no starts after 12 or 1 p.m.
