Not only did Jørgen Svane (green shirt) do tons of DM volunteer stuff, he also crewed Gunnar Petersen (r) to a very nice 21st in the 36-boat fleet. Tak, Jørgen! ..

While Anders Pjetursson (r) listens with a critical ear, Uncle Al packs virtually his entire Danish vocabulary into a short but very heart-felt thank you speech. This moment also brought home to me, how much extra work poor Anders had to do in the races of this DM tolerating Al's almost exclusive use of English although Al did manage some dansk from time to time such as Gammel Dansk, mærke, øl, styrbord, vin, o.s.v.
