Sunday night was a blur driving to Jonesville, NC.
This was Monday morning going through brush fires near Roanoke, Virginia.

First sign of snow in Pennsylvania
...

My camera must have been set to B & W.
...

Just after Syracuse, New York we started to get snow. Snow was falling quickly
and with thick flakes that one only sees in the movies.
...

Trees were soon covered in ...
...

... sticky snow.
...

At times we could not even see the road.
...

With only a quarter tank full, we decided to fill up just in case we were delayed by traffic.
...

Imagine ... this is why we left in the first place ... and now back to it ... brrrrrrrr!!!

...

Pretty ... for the books!
...

The shrink wrap is working wonders.
...

And as quickly as the snow had started ...
...

... it finished. We arrived home intact four hours later - tired, but happy. We had a great time!
