I would like to extend this invitation to the Captain and crew of your Wayfarer to the First Ever “Wayfarer Black Tie Happy Hour”.  This spectacular happening will take place on Monday evening at campsite 1304, Killbear Provincial Park.  (weather permitting and since the group dinner appears to be planned for Tuesday).  At precisely “after sailing and showering and before dinner”.

Dress code to be white t-shirt and black tie for men and a little black “something” for the ladies. (meaning t-shirt, shorts, skirt or sundress. Unmentionables don’t count!) Please note this is a BYO champagne and a contribution to the nibbles table (use your imagination).  We will gather to tittle tattle about our great sailing skills.

Don’t miss this fabulous event.  Anyone who is anybody will be there.  That is why you are invited!

Even Uncle Al has scared up a tie, and Carol is there to help celebrate the occasion.

Where would we guys have been without Lori's sartorial assistance?!
...

Tony's attitude to ties seems to match mine. Still, it worth it, as Tony will come out of this experience with ...

Julia (fairly) patiently waits for Al to get on with the cork popping ceremony.
