Subject: Invitation to the WISP2017 Wayfarer Rally

Hi WISP2017 Participants:

Our numbers have expanded to 26 camp sites, 2 cottages, one cabin and one RV in loop F.  This will mean 28 to 30 boats and 70 to 80 sailors.  We have lots of room on our camp sites which can be shared, so if you have contacts in Europe send them a personal invitation. (A copy of our invitation is attached.)

The invitation has been posted on the CWA web site.

The Canadian Wayfarer Association is planning the North American Championships for July 22/ 23 in Toronto.

Any changes/ additions to your group should be sent to both Alan Asselstine ( majam41@gmail.com) and Uncle Al.

Social activities being planned are a pig roast, a square dance evening and a cruise banquet.

Special notes for campers.

WISP administration has advised us that:

1) All group reserved sites are for the whole week of Saturday July 15 to Saturday July 22.

2) In addition to the name of the contact person, they require the names of all the people that will stay on the site.

3) They also require a list of any pets that will be joining you on the site.

4) Early in the new year, WISP Administration will be contacting the contact person(s) for each site with details of cost and payment method.  This contact will likely be by email.

Therefore, could each camping group send Alan Asselstine ( majam41@gmail.com) the tentative names of their follow campers and information about any pets shearing the camp site.  Even if it is not firm that someone is joining you, it is best to list them.  Alan needs this information shortly, so that we can send it to the WISP Administration well before the holiday season.  ( See attached Participant information)
