Oh, crap!! What with the excitement of serving on the protest committee, Uncle Al forgot all about battening down his boat for the night!! ........

A desperate rush out to the boat for Al who had just put on his evening finery. But the damage had been done and now ... ........

... Al was a bit leery of stepping onto the boat in these winds. God! I hope this doesn't put me off wet T-shirts!! ........

I rewound the jib but the main - sorry, Dan Hockenberry - will have to take its chances! A fine insurance claim pic, I should think, Dan!! ........

Might as well get them to replace the jib as well??? ........

Even under the roof, it was hard to get out of the nearly horizontal rain and ... ........

... inventive measures were called for. ........
