2004: a few pics from Uncle Al |
The Fleet included
about 10 Albacores, a handful of Contenders and one or two Fireballs.
But the club was a busy place as the OSA was also holding a training
camp to the Ontario Sailing Team in 29ers, Lasers, Europes, etc. ... |

Ships that pass in the
night? .. |
Heider and Tom once
again - being shepherded in by Jake Starr in the rubber duck. .. |
A little spinnaker
practice on the way in for Peter Kozak (l) and Annelies Groen
who ... .. |
... sailed very well
all weekend and topped off their series with a fine 2-3 against excellent competition in the final two races. .. |
Tom Wharton accepts
the runner-up mugs on behalf of his Saturday helm, Stefan Larson (a
superb 2-2-1-1 in 4 races!), and his Sunday helm, Heider Funck who
appears well on his way to recovery from an operation about a month
ago. 3rd-place Peter and Alex Rahn had left early for the long trip
back to Montreal. .. |
George Blanchard
congratulates Mark and Paul (r) Taylor on their fine victory -
