Race 4: The Taylors (r) cruise around the second windward mark of Saturday's finale with a nice little edge over Peter Kozak (300), Dwight Aplevich (4606) and John de Boer (obscured by 4606). ..

Classic small lake sailing: Hans (938) rolls in toward the mark on port while Dwight is sailing almost the same course on starboard only 50 yards away! ..

But Al Nichols (7380) will beat both of them to the mark! ..

Of course, this shift to a SW wind leaves the following leg filled with dead spots as the shore often blocks the wind. ..
