The next morning, we said
good-bye to Lee and presented him with a longer, thinner
mainsheet to remember us by during his voyages. He has
since tried it out and likes it better. So now it was
time to get back to Lake Eustis and think racing!

Marc
suggested the scenic route - north up Merritt Island
via Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Centre. We
promptly got lost and ended up at a barricaded entry
point with obviously restricted access - possibly due
to the investigation regarding the Shuttle. Marc and I
were pleasantly surprised at how friendly the well
armed guard was, as he re-directed us.
